Med Right Medical Services operates the Med Right Mobile App to provide comprehensive healthcare administration and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) services to our members, clients, and partners.
1. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Med Right Mobile App and website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.
The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the App is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by Med Right.
2. Trademarks
"Med Right", the Med Right logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Med Right Medical Services or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Med Right.
3. Mobile App Usage
The Med Right Mobile App is designed to facilitate:
- Access to digital medical cards
- Tracking of medical claims and approvals
- Searching for healthcare providers within the network
- Secure communication between members and Med Right support
Any unauthorized use of the App, including bypassing security features, reverse engineering, or data scraping, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
